As part of the Tripatra Digital Transformation Program (TDTP), Tripatra's Innovation &Technology division is currently conducting various transformation efforts in the field of material management. One of them is by conducting Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops to understand the current process and design the process as part of improving the material management of the Tripatra project, which involves stakeholders such as the Department of Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction, Internal Audit, Tendering, Project Management and Quality System Assurance.
One of the recommendations of the workshop was to develop a technology solution for both web and mobile applications called Tripatra Application (TAP), not only to improve the progress of material management through digitization, but also through integration with other systems including SAP and existing material management systems.

This collaboration has created a mutually beneficial solution for Tripatra and Xapiens with a focus on working together to develop practical and useful solutions.

After further discussion, Xapiens and Tripatra decided to make an alliance. Tripatra will work with domain experts at Tripatra to complete requirements, design new business processes and TAP User Interfaces, while Xapiens will work on the realization of TAP as an integration and implementation infrastructure between SAP and TAP.
The cooperation between Tripatra and Xapiens is realized in collaborative contracts, with both parties jointly developing by investing their resources for the success of material management improvement projects. Tripatra himself wants to apply Indika Energy's DNA in a real project whose synergy can even surpass the project.
The cooperation of the two companies uses the Agile Scrum framework which focuses on developing work solutions by a self-organized team. Tripatra has so far completed the development of TAP's Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and will continue to develop other features beyond MVP. The solution will soon be implemented into the upcoming Tripatra EPC project and will be a complete solution, including change management, tap and analytics digital solutions, and continuous development and improvement. What's more, the implementation of digital solutions has used the latest best practices, including cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture and internet of things (IoT) device utilization in the near future.
This collaboration has created a mutually beneficial solution for Tripatra and Xapiens with a focus on working together to develop practical and useful solutions. Tripatra believes such an alliance can also be applied to other Indika Energy companies for the appropriate context. Go Tripatra and Xapiens!
