In March 2026, Xapiens managed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in education sector in the form of personal computers (PC) to schools and educational institutions across Batu Kajang region, East Kalimantan. We are distributing more than 80 different PC, notebook, and workstation unit to SMP Negeri 2 Batu Sopang, MA Fathur Rahman, Yayasan Pendidikan Advent. Batu kajang CSR can be considered as annual CSR that Xapiens did as part a commitment in advancing educational sectors around our operational sites. We believe one of the biggest parts in advancing education to the next level is through the application and adaptation of digital technology as part of learning system. Which can be accessed by all students seamlessly regardless of their location and geography. Through distributing notebook, PC, and workstation unit to 3 different institutions, we help facilitate and enhance daily learning activities by providing both students and their teachers with essential hardware. Through years of experience, Xapiens fully recognizes how digital literacy could become critical foundation for today generation. As many things nowadays are almost fully connected and integrated in digital world. Xapiens hopes that this contribution could become a long-term investment for academic purposes. PreBootcamp Cyber Dojo, a Talent Recruitment Program in Cyber Security In order to bring the best talent in the field of Cyber Security, Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia (Xapiens), through the Cyber Security team, proudly held the PreBootcamp Cyber Dojo, which was successfully conducted on June 2, 2025, at Le Meridien Hotel, Jakarta. This PreBootcamp is not only a selection event, but also a platform for learning, exploration, and networking between potential talents and professionals in the industry. We believe that the future of Indonesia’s digital security lies in the hands of young individuals who are brave, critical thinkers, and eager to learn. This activity is part of the Cyber Dojo program series—an exclusive hiring initiative designed specifically to attract fresh graduates, IT enthusiasts, and cyber security enthusiasts who are ready to be at the frontline of securing Indonesia’s digital landscape. The event began with an opening speech from the Chief of Infrastructure, Network and Cyber Security, Wawan Purwanto. Participants of the PreBootcamp were introduced to the working environment of the Cyber Security team through learning sessions focused on Security Operation Center (SOC), delivered directly by the Managers and Leaders of the Cyber Security team at Xapiens. The session covered how the system operates, the challenges it faces, and the essential role of having a Cyber Security Mindset within SOC to handle the ever-evolving cyber threats. In addition, participants also joined a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) session designed to assess their critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. These assessments played a vital role in the selection process, evaluating not just technical expertise, but also essential soft skills.
