ERP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage complex IT project in collaboration with different stakeholders to set team goals and roadmaps and align it to ERP/Odoo solutions
2. Build and maintain timelines, project plans, keep projects on track and adheres to PM standards
3. Provide status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
4. Perform Odoo configuration and tests.
5. Prepare training, document all settings during the implementation process to ensure the ability of any successor/team to easily follow.
6. Utilize tool and ticketing system to ensure operation support


1. At least 6 years of project management experience
2. Knowledge of IT infra and ERP/Odoo
3. Strong track record of leading successful IT projects/programs
4. Strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal & external partners
5. Confidence, good communication skills, positive attitude
