Open to university students and fresh graduates, participants register by completing a short pre-test to assess their foundational knowledge.
50 candidates who pass the pre-test will receive Invitation Email to join Pre-Bootcamp stage that will be held Offline in Jakarta. The candidates will also receive materials and guidance for the Pre-Bootcamp.
Pre-Bootcamp stage will be held Offline in Jakarta. Here, the participants will join cybersecurity workshop, interview, and technical simulation test. this stage will decide if the participant can continue to The Intensive Cyber Dojo Stage.
Up to 15 Shortlisted candidates will be hired as IDP employee for 10-day. They’ll be focusing on essential skills in cybersecurity at Xapiens Head Office in Bintaro. This stage also serves as the final selection phase for the next step.
Top performers from the Intensive Cyber Dojo stage will continue their journey as IDP employee and have a chance to be a full time employee at Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia.
